The climate features 1100-1300mm annual rainfall and average temperature of 18-20°C. Natural processed Bourbon variety. Tasting notes of melon, marmalade, and buckwheat honey, with distinct acidity reminiscent of yellow fruits and sparkling white wine, a long sweet finish with marmalade and apricot jam notes, and a silky body. SCA score 85.25.
