Single origin coffee from the Don Gary farm in Calca, Cusco, Peru, grown at 1,858 MASL by producer Norica Perez Vargas and her husband Gary. The four-hectare farm borders virgin forest and benefits from a distinctive microclimate. Varieties are Bourbon, Geisha and Marsellesa, washed processed, sourced through Caravela Coffee. Tasting notes of papaya, toffee apple and limeade. Roasted as an omni roast suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
