T'zunwitz is a washed coffee from Guatemala's Huehuetenango region, produced by Juana Jose Ramirez. Grown at 1650-1720 masl, the coffee consists of Caturra, Bourbon, and Pache varieties. It offers a flavour profile of herbal complexity, creamy lime, and dark jammy fruits. Juana is a member of the El Sendero cooperative and this is the first time Five Senses has featured her coffee, imported through Primavera Coffee.
