La Danta is a natural processed coffee from La Libertad, Huehuetenango, Guatemala, produced by Renardo Ovalle in partnership with the Vides family, who have been cultivating coffee since 1958. Grown at 1450-1850 masl, this lot is composed of Bourbon, Caturra and San Ramon varieties. The coffee undergoes careful handpicking and natural drying on patios, resulting in an expressive cup with notes of passionfruit curd, white grape and mixed berry sherbet.
