Kenya Nyeri Ruiru 11, Sl28 And Sl34
Summary
From the Nyeri region in Kenya's central highlands, this specialty coffee features Ruiru 11, SL28 and SL34 varieties grown by smallholder farmers of the Othaya Farmers Cooperative Society. Processed at the Kaiguthu station using the washed method, cultivated at 1700-2000 meters above sea level on volcanic soils. The cup profile offers bright, crystalline acidity with notes of apricot, honey, red fruits, citrus, and black tea, resulting in a silky, harmonious body with a sweet, clean and lingering finish. Medium roast recommended for Italian moka pot, espresso, pour-over Chemex, V60 and French Press.
