A washed specialty coffee from the Cajamarca region of Peru, produced by the Lima Coffee association (LimCof), which brings together 814 smallholder families. Grown at 1650-1800 meters above sea level, this coffee features Catimor, Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica varieties. It offers a sweet, fruity and tea-like cup with notes of apricot, oolong tea, and toffee. Ideal for pour-over methods and also works well as an iced coffee.
