Summary

An organic Arabica coffee from the Alto Chiapas region of Mexico, grown in agroforestry by small producers organized in the CESMASH and MAJOMUT cooperatives. This high-altitude coffee receives a medium roast, specially adapted for espresso machines and percolators. It delivers an intensity of 6/10 with a balanced body, pleasant length in the mouth, and tasting notes of cooked fruits and caramel with a delicate fresh herbs touch.
