Grind: 700-900 microns
Set up your grinder- 0:00Pour around 80 grams of water over the ground coffee in circular moves, wetting all the coffee to start blooming. (15 s)
- 0:15Wait for 25 seconds. (25 s)
- 0:40Pour the rest of the hot water in a circular move, keeping all coffee particles immersed.
Grind finer than regular French press due to micro filters. If using a basic filter, grind coarser and extend brew time. Finish extraction at minute 4 and transfer to a server to avoid over-extraction.
