Colombia Chévere (decaf)
Summary
Colombia Chévere is a decaffeinated single-origin coffee from the Tolima region of Colombia, grown at 1600-1950 meters above sea level. It is a 100% arabica blend of varieties, washed and decaffeinated using the sugar cane process, which preserves the full flavour of the coffee. It offers notes of chocolate truffle, mandarins and dried plums. The coffee is recommended for espresso or full filter brewing. Harvest: May-June 2025.
