Summary

A washed Mexican coffee from the Los Altos de Chiapas region, produced by Indigenous Tseltal farming communities using traditional shade grown methods. Varieties include Garnica, Bourbon, Typica, Costa Rica 95, Marsellesa, and Caturra. Grown at 1000-2000m altitude. Flavour profile features dried fig, caramelised sugar, and lime marmalade with a rounded sweetness and gentle citrus finish. Works well as both espresso and filter.
