Eladio Chamba - Anaerobic Washed
Summary
Eladio Chamba's coffee from his farm Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe in Nambacola, southern Ecuador. Cultivated at 2,000 meters elevation, this single-farmer lot features Caturra, Typica, and Bourbon varieties. After pulping, the coffee undergoes 30 hours of anaerobic fermentation in sealed drums with an airlock, then is washed and dried on raised beds. The resulting cup offers bright, juicy stone fruit and white grape flavors with a soft floral sweetness and honeysuckle-like florals. Light roast. Available through mid-June 2026.
