Summary

Single origin coffee from Guatemala, grown in the Huehuetenango region by the Rio Azul Cooperative, a small coop founded in 1967 by members of the indigenous Mayan Jalcaltec (Popti) group. It received organic certification in 2005 and was the first Fair Trade Organic harvest imported by Conscious Coffees in 2006. Light roast, washed process, with tasting notes of red cherry, baking spices, and sweet citrus.
