Summary

Single-origin 100% Arabica coffee from Kerala, India, known as Monsooned Malabar. After harvesting, the green beans are exposed to monsoon winds for several weeks during the rainy season, a process that reduces acidity and increases sweetness and gives the beans a straw-yellow colour. The cup shows spicy notes with sandalwood and sweet, spicy undertones. Medium-light roast with a full body and good sweetness.
