This single origin coffee from Rwanda's Lake Kivu region in the Albertine Rift is produced by the Coopac Farmers Union. The Bourbon variety beans are grown at altitudes of 1,500-1,900 meters on volcanic soils. Processed using the wet washed method and sun dried, then medium roasted. The flavour profile offers buttery toffee caramel, red berry, and citrus notes with hints of clove and cinnamon, resulting in a full-bodied cup with a creamy finish.
