Tanzania Itumpi Pb
Summary
Single-origin coffee from the Itumpi cooperative in the Mbozi district, Songwe region, Tanzania, where around 160 local producers grow coffee at 1500-1700 m a.s.l. Fully washed using the cooperative's own wet mill since 2019. This peaberry grade delivers an intense, concentrated flavour with a crisp, acidity-driven profile. In the cup expect green-red rhubarb, pink grapefruit and a light, tea-like, clear body with a clean finish. Varieties: N 39, KT 423.
