A rare Liberica species coffee from Vietnam, sourced from two small farms with a total lot of only 180kg. The beans undergo anaerobic natural processing with 120 hours of fermentation in sealed bags followed by 30 days of drying on raised beds. The sensory profile features stevia, apple, tropical fruits, and a long malty finish reminiscent of dark beer. Low acidity with a high, dense body. This limited edition drip box contains 10 drip bags, each featuring a reusable sticker photograph from Wunderkamera Studio.
