Currently composed of 50% Colombia Tres Dragones Natural, 35% Colombia Carambolo Washed, and 15% Burundi Gahehe Washed. Processed using washed and natural methods. Varieties include Red Bourbon, Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia. Flavour notes include cherry, lemongrass, cooked apple, and milk chocolate. Designed for espresso preparation with a recommended dose of 20g, yield of 50g, and brew time of 23-30 seconds at 93°C. Available wholebean or ground.
