A single origin coffee from Papua New Guinea's Western Highlands region, processed by the Kindeng dry mill which works with 1,500 smallholder farmers in the Kindeng and Arufa municipalities. The coffee is processed using the natural method, with cherry sorted and dried on raised beds. Flavour profile includes dates, cocoa, and cranberry with a sweet and funky character and a cranberry acidity.
