Summary

Single origin coffee from the Batak region of West-Central Sumatra and Aceh, Indonesia. Grown at 1,000-2,000 masl. Catimor variety. Processed using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulled) method and sun-dried. Light roast with a full body and low acidity. Flavour notes include herbal, chocolate, earthy, woody, and spicy notes, with cupping notes of cedar, sweet tobacco, chocolate and spices with winey acidity.
