Summary
A washed Kenyan coffee from the Guama village on the western side of Kirinyaga, in the southern foothills of Mount Kenya at 1,750 meters above sea level. Produced by 200 smallholders and imported by Sucafina Specialty, this peaberry lot was fermented using fresh river water from the Kaboyo River and dried on African beds. It features a classic Kenyan variety mix of SL34 and SL28, grown in rich volcanic soil. Roasted light to highlight delicate flavours and a soft, rounded mouthfeel. Flavour notes of blueberry and lime. Origin cupping score of 87.5 points.
