Summary

Inga Mystique is a single-origin coffee from Nariño, Colombia, grown at 1800–2100 masl. It is a washed-process coffee of Castillo and Caturra varieties. The cup offers yellow fruit and citrus notes, complex panela and peach sweetness, a silky, velvety body, bright acidity and a lingering mandarin and yellow fruit finish. Traditional indigenous cultivation methods give this coffee its cultural and mystical essence.
