Together We End ALS is a blend created in tribute to Jeanne Luther, co-owner of Sola Coffee in Raleigh, NC, who passed away from ALS. It combines a honey-processed coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia with a fruit-forward blend from Antioquia, Colombia. The coffee offers flavor notes of blueberry, strawberry candy, and milk chocolate, recreating the fruity Ethiopian profile Jeanne loved. Grown at 1400-2000 MASL. $1 per bag is donated to ALS research.
