Summary
The New School is a seasonal blend from Black & White Coffee Roasters. It is composed predominantly (around 90%) of washed Ethiopian coffee, with the remaining portion made up of co-ferment experimental lots. Current components are 85% Halo Hartume washed Ethiopia, 10% Sebastián Ramirez Red Fruits (strawberry co-ferment) from Finca El Placer in Quindío, Colombia, and 5% Sebastián Ramirez IPA (lemongrass co-ferment). Producers are Mijana Worassa and Sebastián Ramirez. Processing methods are washed and co-ferment. Flavour profile includes floral, complex citrus, strawberry candy, and peach tea notes. Roast level is medium+.
