This washed Ethiopia coffee comes from the Shantawene subregion in Sidamo, produced by over 1,600 smallholder farmers farming at 1,950 masl. The coffee was handpicked at peak ripeness, pulped using a disc pulper, fermented, washed with clean water, and dried on raised beds. It offers a delicate floral presence with tropical leanings, balanced acidity and pronounced sweetness, with flavors of lemon zest, dark honey, and stone fruit such as apricot.
