Produced by Neguesse Debela (SNAP Specialty Coffee) in partnership with 588 smallholder coffee farmers from the communities of Refisa, Roricho, Bulga, and Solena. Processed using a washed method: cherries are floated to remove defects, washed and soaked for 5 hours, fermented for 72 hours, then dried on raised beds for 9–11 days. Varieties: Wolisho and Kurume. Grown at 1900–2070 MASL. Flavor profile includes sweet citrus, fresh cherry, floral honey, stone fruit, and wildflower honey.
