Summary
Single-origin washed coffee from the Refisa Washing Station in the Nensebo district of West Arsi, Oromia, Ethiopia. Produced by Neguesse Debela (SNAP Specialty Coffee) in partnership with 588 smallholder coffee farmers from the communities of Refisa, Roricho, Bulga, and Solena. Processed using a washed method: cherries are floated to remove defects, washed and soaked for 5 hours, fermented for 72 hours, then dried on raised beds for 9–11 days. Varieties: Wolisho and Kurume. Grown at 1900–2070 MASL. Flavor profile includes sweet citrus, fresh cherry, floral honey, stone fruit, and wildflower honey.
