Mulugeta Muntasha is a coffee producer from Arbegona, Sidama, Ethiopia. This washed coffee is made up of the JARC 74158 variety, grown at 2300-2400 MASL. Mulugeta established his Dawencho drying station in Bursa village in 2021 and placed second in the Cup of Excellence. This lot comes from his Arbegona washing station, supplied by 600 smallholders. Cherries are handpicked, sorted, washed, and dried on raised beds. Sensory profile includes white flowers, Meyer lemon, apricot, and wildflower honey with a clean, vibrant acidity.
