A box set from Black & White Coffee Roasters featuring two single-variety coffees from La Palma y el Tucán in Cundinamarca, Colombia. Grown at 1750 MASL, the set includes a Sidra with notes of spiced pear, grilled peach, tepache, and dark honey, and a Gesha with jasmine, complex citrus, oolong tea, and wildflower honey. Both lots are processed using the proprietary Bioinnovation Washed method involving anaerobic fermentation in buried clay pots followed by aerobic mucilage oxidation and raised bed drying.
