This coffee comes from Gesha Village Estate in the Bench Maji Zone of Ethiopia's Gesha region, produced by Adam Overton, Rachel Samuel, and Willem Boot. The Gori Gesha variety underwent natural processing: hand-sorted ripe cherries were dried on raised beds for 27 days. The cup profile features mango, pomegranate, strawberry, limeade-like citrus, and manuka honey sweetness.
