Grown at 2200 meters above sea level, the coffee undergoes 36 hours of underwater fermentation after de-pulping, followed by 10–14 days of sun drying on raised beds. The cup profile is clean with notes of white flowers, yellow citrus, honey, and black tea. It is a light roast from Black & White Coffee Roasters.
