Smallholder farmers in the Danche kebele handpicked cherries at peak ripeness, which underwent a 5-day anaerobic fermentation in GrainPro bags, followed by pulping, washing, and sun drying. The cup profile presents floral notes of white flowers, citrus like lemon, stone fruit like peach, and a distinctive lychee note.
