This coffee comes from the West Java region of Indonesia, specifically the Bandung and Garut areas on the island of Java. Produced by a community of smallholder farmers led by Pak Dede Komarudin, the coffee is grown at 1300-1400 meters altitude. Varieties include Ateng, Linie S-795, Typica, and Gayo 2. The processing method is traditional Indonesian wet hulled (Giling basah). The cup profile is characterized by a fresh, intense floral aroma with a rich dark chocolate base, complemented by sweet honey, ripe tropical fruit, and fine oriental spice notes. It has a sweet, harmonious, round character with full body and juicy, clean acidity.
