Summary

Varieties SL28, SL34, Batain and Ruiru 11, washed and sun-dried on raised beds after overnight fermentation. Light roast with a sweet, syrupy cup of brown sugar and molasses, tart fruit notes of citrus, pineapple and rhubarb, tamarillo, and a sparkling, wine-like acidity.
