Beyond Within is one of Hungary's specialty pioneers — the crew started roasting back in 2014, when barely anyone in the country was doing it, and served their first coffee in 2015. They source seasonally, chasing the best lots they can find, and roast fresh to order to pull the most flavour out of each one. The roastery is in Csömör, near Budapest, and you can pick up their 200g bags at Madal Coffee shops in the city. They run barista classes too.
