Summary
Single-origin coffee from Irene Herrera's Finca La Mandarina farm in Gramalotal, La Coipa, San Ignacio, Cajamarca, Peru. Grown at 1750-2000 metres above sea level. This lot is exclusively the rare Marshell variety, a natural mutation of Bourbon discovered in Cajamarca in 2016. Washed processed with selective harvesting, depulping, 24-36 hour fermentation, washing, and solar drying for 10-15 days. Certified Organic. Flavour profile: creamy and sweet with notes of ripe fig, vanilla, honey and hibiscus. Best suited for filter brewing.
