The farm has been managed by the Macías family for four generations, currently led by Consuelo and Javier Macías, with the involvement of Alejandro Macías, Colombian Cup Taster Champion 2023. This Geisha variety is processed using the Washed Thermal Shock method, resulting in a cup with notes of bergamot, lemongrass, and jasmine.
