Summary
Selected Espresso from Assembly Coffee are Nespresso-compatible aluminium coffee capsules. The coffee originates from Finca El Salvador, a farm in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range of El Salvador, managed by fifth-generation producer Rodolfo Ruffatti. The coffee is a washed-process Bourbon variety grown at 1700 masl. The flavour profile includes cherry, almond and toffee, offering a sweet, velvety texture with rich crema. The capsules are infinitely recyclable through the Podback scheme.
