A light roast coffee from the isolated town of San Sebastián in Lempira, Honduras, grown at high altitudes between 1,700 and 2,000 MASL. Produced by a group of eight farmers in the Alma-doption direct trade program, this wet-washed coffee offers a tea-like complexity with tasting notes of honey, lemongrass, and lime.
