Otoño (fall Roast)
Summary
Otoño is a medium-dark seasonal roast from Alma Coffee's family farms in Copán, Honduras, grown at 1,000–1,400 MASL. It is a blend of washed coffee for clarity, sweetness and balance and anaerobic natural for depth and fruit-forward complexity. The cup opens with the nuttiness of toasted almond, moves into dried apricot sweetness and finishes with warming baking spices, giving a full-bodied, balanced profile. Recommended brewed as Chemex or V60.
