Papua-nova Guiné – Kindeng
Summary
This coffee comes from the Kindeng Mill in the Waghi Valley, Jiwaka Province, Papua New Guinea. It is produced from about 1,500 smallholder farmers in the Kindeng and Arufa municipalities. The coffee is naturally processed, with ripe cherries slowly dried on raised beds for three to four weeks. The varieties are 100% Arabica, including Typica, Arusha, and Bourbon. The cup is rich and expressive, with notes of yellow plum, date jam, and milk chocolate.
