Summary
A half-caff espresso blend made from 50% decaffeinated and 50% caffeinated Arabica coffee from Peru. The beans come from the Cajamarca and Moyobamba regions, sourced through the cooperatives CENFROCAFE and APROECO. Varieties include Catimor, Caturra, Catuai, Pache, and Tipica, grown at 1200-1700 meters above sea level. The coffee is washed processed and BIO-certified. Flavour profile features notes of grape, hazelnut, and milk chocolate. Best prepared as espresso.
