Summary

The ORIGINALS ESPRESSO BLEND RED RISE is a 50% Arabica, 50% Canephora (Robusta) blend. The Arabica component comes from Motozintla, Sierra Mariscal, Chiapas, Mexico (varieties: Bourbon, Caturra, Catimor, Typica), and the Canephora from Mananthavady, Kerala, India (varieties: S-274, S-270, CxR, farmed by Blowin Agro Research). Grown at 800-1,800 meters above sea level, washed processed, and dark roasted for espresso. Flavour notes include dark chocolate, dried fruits, and almond. Certified organic (DE-ÖKO-003). Produces a rich, full-bodied espresso with a stable crema, suitable for espresso machines, stovetop brewers, and super-automatic machines.
