Wild At Heart is a house espresso blend from 19grams Coffee Roasters, composed of 70% Brazil Yellow Bourbon (Natural processed, from Fazenda Sertão in Minas Gerais, altitude 1100-1450 m) and 30% Ethiopia JARC (Natural processed, from the Chelchele Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, altitude 1950-2500 m). Produced in collaboration with Família Sertão (4th generation, Pedro Veloso) and ~600 smallholder farmers from the Danche region. Tasting notes of caramel, strawberry, and chocolate. Scored 85. Used as the house blend in all 19grams cafés for espresso and milk-based coffee drinks.
