A single-origin coffee from Villa Betulia farm in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, produced by Luis Anibal Calderon. The coffee is of the rare Wush Wush variety, processed using the Natural Carbonic Maceration method: 24 hours aerobic fermentation followed by 50 hours in an oxygen-free environment with CO₂, then dried on raised beds. Grown at 1,500-1,600m altitude on volcanic soils. The cup profile features notes of watermelon, pineapple, and lemon curd, with a score of 91.
