Spring Bloom is a filter-roast coffee blend from Colombia, composed of Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon varieties sourced from small farms participating in the Beso Beso project. Washed processed with 60 hours dry fermentation and 15 days drying in marquesinas. Flavor profile includes white chocolate, melon, orange blossom, peach, brown sugar, toffee, and nuts. Grown at 1200-2000 m altitude on volcanic soils. Suitable for various filter brewing methods.
