A single origin coffee from the Shantawene Washing Station in Ethiopia's Sidama region, produced by Assefa & Mulugeta Dukamo Korma on the family-run Daye Bensa Gatta Farm. This Typica/Heirloom lot undergoes honey processing with 14-18 days of drying on African beds. Grown at 2,100 meters above sea level on organic clay soils. Flavour profile includes apple, guava and nectarine with a bright citrus acidity, syrupy mouthfeel and sweet stone fruit notes. Scored 89 points.
