A washed filter coffee from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, specifically from Bensa, Nensebo West Arsi. Grown at 2,000 meters above sea level on rich red volcanic soil. Processed using the washed method. The coffee features Heirloom varieties hand-picked and carefully processed. Flavour profile includes peach, jasmine and melon, offering a complex, fruity-floral cup. Recommended for V60, Kalita and similar filter brewing methods. Score: 89.
