This single origin coffee comes from the Los Tres Potros farm in the Apaneca-Llamatepec region of El Salvador, managed by GECA Coffee and produced by Nora Silvia Cabezas de Mendez Florez. The Pacamara variety was processed using the Natural method. It offers flavor notes of pineapple, maple syrup, and melon, with high sweetness of milk chocolate and medium acidity. The coffee scored 89 points and is grown at 1,500 meters above sea level. The farm has been recognized multiple times at the Cup of Excellence.
