Single origin Geisha coffee from the Los Azacuanes farm in Ataco, El Salvador, produced by Carlos Mendez Florez of Geca Coffee. Grown at 1,350 meters above sea level, processed using Double Fermentation Natural method (24-hour aerobic fermentation followed by 24-hour anaerobic fermentation, then slow dried for 40 days). Flavour notes include green apple, hazelnut, and double cream. Scored 88 points. Suitable for filter preparation methods such as Chemex, V60, French press, and Moccamaster.
