Washed process with 60-hour aerobic fermentation followed by 15-day drying in a drying shed. Scored 90 points. Flavour profile features peach, pineapple, cane sugar, orange peel, and floral notes with a silky mouthfeel. Recommended for filter preparation methods such as V60, Chemex, and French Press.
