A single-origin coffee from Fazenda Santuário Sul in Carmo de Minas, Brazil, produced by Luiz Paulo Dias Pereira. Grown at 1300 meters altitude using organic methods under shade. This Yirgacheffe variety underwent a 92-hour anaerobic natural fermentation process, resulting in a clean cup with notes of blueberry, hazelnut, and bergamot. Scored 87.5 with a full body, soft acidity reminiscent of pear, and a creamy nutty finish. Suitable for filter preparation methods including Chemex, V60, French press, and Moccamaster.
